Front crawl course for beginners (adults)
4 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes

This course is aimed at swimmers who are already confident in deep water or in a swimming pool. Previous experience in front crawl is not necessary—the only important thing is that you are confident in breaststroke.
The course is also recommended for anyone who has already had some experience with front crawl swimming but still has difficulties with breathing to the side or cannot swim more than about 50 meters at a time. In such cases, it makes sense to systematically learn and consolidate the basics from the beginning.

Hinweis zur Sommersaison:
Dieser Kurs umfasst bewusst nur 4 Einheiten, da im Anschluss die Sommersaison startet. Während der Sommersaison kann es zu zeitlichen Verschiebungen der Kurszeiten (z. B. um ca. 30 Minuten) kommen. Der Schwimmkurs wird jedoch nahtlos weitergeführt.
